The Senior Valuations Executive – Business Modeling role within EY Parthenon Strategy & Transactions in Riyadh focuses on delivering valuation services and financial modelling support for clients across strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and fair market value assessment. The role involves building detailed financial models from scratch, performing valuation calculations, conducting industry and comparable company research, and contributing to client presentations and reports. The position requires strong analytical and logical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage client queries and engagement tasks within deadlines and budgets. Working within a globally connected professional services environment, the role supports valuation engagements by analyzing target businesses, assessing market conditions, and formulating valuation conclusions. - The Senior Valuations Executive is responsible for performing detailed financial valuation modelling and analysis for client engagements, including building complex valuation models from scratch, performing scenario analysis, and applying industry-standard valuation methodologies. The role requires ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all financial computations and outputs used to support client decision-making.
- The role involves conducting in-depth research on target companies, industries, and comparable public companies to support valuation assumptions and analysis. This includes interpreting financial statements, market data, and industry trends to assess business performance and value drivers.
- The position requires preparing valuation reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. This includes clearly communicating valuation findings, assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions in a structured and professional format suitable for executive-level audiences.
- The role involves engaging with clients and internal teams to address queries, provide updates, and support ongoing valuation engagements. The candidate is expected to participate in meetings, contribute insights, and assist in resolving technical valuation-related questions during project execution.
- The Senior Valuations Executive supports transaction advisory and strategy engagements by contributing financial modelling insights and valuation expertise to broader consulting projects. This includes assisting in regulatory compliance, financial reporting valuations, and fair value assessments.

Experience & skills
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in business valuation, financial modelling, or related consulting roles within professional services or Big 4 firms.
- Strong financial modelling skills are required, including experience building valuation models from scratch, performing scenario analysis, and applying valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flow and comparable company analysis.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling complex valuation projects, interpreting financial data, and delivering high-quality outputs under time constraints.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or Big 4 valuation teams is preferred, along with exposure to transaction advisory, corporate finance, or strategy and transactions environments.
- Progress toward or completion of CFA qualification is considered an advantage, reflecting strong financial analysis and investment valuation knowledge.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations and effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
