Job description
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing marketing materials and visual content for promotional campaigns and corporate literature. This includes creating promotional posters, logos, display materials, signage, and digital assets. The role involves working closely with marketing, visual merchandising, and external agencies (e.g., BBDO) to ensure brand consistency and impactful designs across various media. The designer should be adept at large-format printing, coordinating with production teams, and managing the visual needs of seasonal and tactical marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities
- Understand the creative and business needs for the brand and marketing calendar.
- Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create graphic representations using various color palettes.
- Adapt designs and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetics as guided by BBDO.
- Determine size, arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select type styles and sizes.
- Develop graphics and layouts for promotional posters, logos, and display materials for occasions and tactical promotions.
- Review final layouts and suggest design improvements.
- Design window displays for the Concept across all territories.
- Prepare artworks for indoor and outdoor signage.
- Coordinate and assist with large format printing, including color and profile management.
- Oversee printing needs for all Concept and stand-alone stores (vinyl and backlit posters, etc.).
- Ensure proper lamination, mounting, and distribution of posters and visuals.
- Create Photoshop presentations as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Work with Visual Merchandisers on seasonal changes and window themes.
- Maintain large format printers (where applicable).
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design.
Experience & skills
- Graduate Degree in Fine Arts (Visual Arts).
- Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic arts and design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and branding work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of print production techniques and large format printing.
- Ability to create visuals for retail displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Understanding of color management and layout aesthetics.
- Familiarity with branding standards and adaptation across channels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines.
