Job description
The ISR Project Manager for the AlUla Tramway Project in Saudi Arabia will lead and coordinate all Integrated Support & Logistics (ISR/ILS) activities for this landmark rail infrastructure project. Reporting to the Project Director, the role is responsible for translating contractual requirements into actionable deliverables, developing maintainability analyses, maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and operational training programs. The Project Manager ensures ISR requirements are fully integrated into project planning, material design, and operations. They act as the primary liaison for ISR-related communications with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders, driving project success while adhering to cost, quality, and schedule targets. The role emphasizes strong collaboration, organizational discipline, and transparent communication in a high-stakes, complex system environment.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze contractual requirements and translate them into actionable ISR project deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ISR and logistics support activities.
- Coordinate ISR tasks across multiple internal teams, partners, and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Integrate ISR requirements into material design, engineering, and project planning processes.
- Lead development and implementation of maintainability analyses, maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and training programs.
- Draft, maintain, and ensure adherence to management plans, processes, and procedures for ISR and training activities.
- Consolidate ISR and training deliverables from suppliers and partners, ensuring timely delivery of manuals, asset databases, and instructional materials.
- Monitor project progress, analyze schedules, propose recovery plans, and report on ISR-related performance to Project Director and stakeholders.
- Act as primary point of contact for ISR matters, facilitating communication between project teams, external partners, and clients.
- Foster strong collaboration and transparent communication across all project functions to ensure seamless ISR integration.
Experience & skills
- University or engineering degree in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in ISR/ILS-related activities within rail or complex system projects.
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience managing complex system projects.
- Strong knowledge of tramway and rail systems, operations, and maintenance environments.
- Hands-on experience with railway maintenance, including Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis.
- Familiarity with O&M documentation, spare parts and tools definition, and training organization.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication in English and Arabic.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and transparent communication skills.
- Demonstrated autonomy, accountability, organizational skills, and adaptability.
- Experience in tramway operation and maintenance as an operator or maintainer.
