Job description
The PR Executive role at Sephora supports the PR & Events Director and broader PR & Events team in delivering engaging influencer, media, and brand activations across the MENA region within the prestige beauty retail industry. The role focuses on driving Sephora’s awareness, desirability, and brand love through influencer relations, media engagement, and execution of strategic PR initiatives aligned with commercial priorities. Responsibilities span influencer campaign coordination, media relations, product seedings, PR activations, key commercial period projects such as Ramadan, Eid, National Days, and Holiday seasons, as well as detailed performance reporting. The role requires managing influencer and media databases, supporting budgeting and spend tracking, preparing monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports on KPIs and ROI, monitoring earned media coverage and social sentiment, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce, as well as external PR and talent agencies, to ensure seamless execution of PR and influencer strategies tailored to individual MENA markets.

Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of influencer campaigns and brand activations across MENA markets
- Identify, negotiate with, and liaise with influencers, content creators, and talent to deliver collaborations aligned with Sephora brand objectives
- Maintain, update, and manage comprehensive media and influencer databases to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Manage end-to-end product seeding activities including planning, coordination, delivery tracking, content monitoring, and performance compilation
- Support execution of PR and media activations such as product launches, press events, regional experiences, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- Coordinate with external PR agencies and talent agencies to support influencer and media initiatives
- Manage and execute PR and influencer strategies for key commercial periods including Ramadan, Eid, National Days, and Holiday seasons
- Support development of strategic communication plans for launches, brand collaborations, and regional campaigns
- Track PR and influencer budgets to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports on influencer performance, media coverage, KPIs, and ROI
- Monitor earned media coverage, social sentiment, and influencer metrics to generate insights and recommendations
- Support administrative and operational tasks including product dispatches, event logistics, PR calendars, and database updates
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, social media, or digital media roles, preferably within beauty, fashion, or retail environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Have working knowledge of social media platforms and influencer management tools
- Show experience in influencer relations, media coordination, and PR activation support
- Be willing and able to travel as required within the region
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and support ROI-driven reporting initiatives
- Exhibit fluency in English with Arabic language skills considered optional
