Your responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on safety performance metrics, incident data, and leading indicators, identifying trends and prioritizing risk areas. You will develop and implement new safety controls, procedures, and mitigation measures tailored to dark store layouts, rapid picking processes, and rider dispatch activities.
