- Drive business growth by acquiring and developing Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) client relationships within the consumer and retail banking division
- Manage and expand UHNI client portfolios to ensure sustained revenue generation and long-term relationship development
- Originate new business opportunities by leveraging a strong personal network and adopting a proactive hunter mindset
- Deliver tailored banking products and financial solutions aligned with client needs across consumer, retail, and private banking segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients across the Middle East, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Identify market opportunities and client needs based on deep understanding of Middle Eastern client dynamics and regional market trends
- Achieve revenue targets through effective portfolio management, client acquisition, and business development strategies
- Collaborate with internal banking teams to support delivery of comprehensive financial services and client solutions
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 5–7+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager within consumer banking, retail banking, or private banking environments
- Possess proven track record managing and growing Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) client relationships and portfolios
- Exhibit strong ability to originate new business with a hunter mindset focused on client acquisition and revenue generation
- Demonstrate success in rainmaking activities including client acquisition and revenue generation within banking environments
- Possess an established personal client network with the ability to transfer and grow relationships in a new organization
- Show experience working within large regional or international banks in consumer or retail banking segments
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Middle Eastern client dynamics, market trends, and regional banking landscape
- Possess an existing Middle Eastern client base, particularly important for candidates relocating to the region
- Exhibit strong commercial acumen and expertise in relationship-building within the consumer banking segment
