Job description
Conrad Dubai is hiring a Food & Beverage Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive incremental revenue and reinforce the hotelās premium positioning. The role involves crafting and executing the marketing plan for the hotel's F&B outlets, managing campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring content accuracy across brand and third-party channels, and supporting in-house promotions and merchandising. This is a pivotal role combining brand guardianship, campaign execution, partner engagement, and performance analysis to boost visibility and drive ROI.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual F&B marketing plans and budgets.
- Lead tactical marketing campaigns to drive incremental hotel revenue.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to align on campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent promotion of F&B outlets across Hilton brand and third-party websites.
- Manage hotel email marketing, ensuring legal and brand compliance.
- Coordinate with regional marketing for joint promotions and sponsorships.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral and digital assets per brand standards.
- Support merchandising efforts across departments and audit for brand adherence.
- Build and manage databases for targeted promotions across rooms, meetings, F&B, and spa.
- Ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities across channels and platforms.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and creative agencies for quality production and timely delivery.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar F&B marketing role, preferably within hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and result-oriented.
- Experience with digital marketing, advertising, and CRM tools.
- Understanding of Hilton brand guidelines and hospitality marketing standards.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
