Key responsibilities

• Develop and support design concepts that align with organizational goals in master planning
• Assist in developing project briefs, scopes of work, and tender documents for design consultant selection
• Support Director/Associate Director in onboarding and managing design consultants through project lifecycle
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, and other planning functions for integrated site solutions
• Provide day-to-day management and progress reporting on design team and subconsultants
• Ensure design submissions are technically reviewed, comply with codes, and are well-coordinated across disciplines
• Survey land/buildings and provide future development recommendations
• Prepare conceptual drawings, site plans, and high-quality graphic presentations
• Understand spatial, environmental, social, and economic factors impacting design solutions
• Lead and contribute to design team workshops, kick-off sessions, and cross-discipline collaboration
• Manage multiple projects from design concept through completion
• Produce detailed and illustrative master plans and layouts aligned with project vision
