Job description
ISO 19650 governs how information gets managed across AtkinsRéalis projects in the Middle East, and this Senior Information Manager role sits at the center of that framework for both proposal and project delivery work. The position spans people, process, and technology, ensuring project delivery teams adhere to standards and industry best methods throughout the digital content lifecycle. You will develop Information Management documents such as Pre and Post BEP, federation strategy, Level Of Information Need, and responsibility matrices, while administering the CDE (ACC/BIM 360) and supporting project teams in its use. Multidisciplinary clash detection, identification, grouping, and resolution support fall under this remit too. Delivery teams need the BIM execution plan, information exchange processes, self disciplinary coordination workflows, and file naming conventions properly implemented and applied, with LOD and LOI generated across every stage of the project lifecycle. Task Information Delivery Plans get audited against Appointing Parties Requirements, and supply chain TIDPs are coordinated to build the Master Deliverables List. Strategic global and regional digital initiatives receive support alongside ISO certification efforts, and BIM workshops and clash resolution meetings get chaired as part of the role. Point cloud data for as built model preparation, QA/QC of LOD 400-500 BIM models, and the development of design through construction via 5D/4D BIM processes round out a role that asks for a solid grasp of BIM standards from concept through handover.
