Job description
Lepas Showroom in Abu Dhabi is the base for this branch Sales Manager within Al Ghurair Mobility, part of Al Ghurair Investment. Monthly, quarterly and annual targets cover both new and pre-owned vehicles, and the branch sales strategy is yours to execute. Profitability matters as much as volume, so the branch budget, operating expenses, add-on products, customer discounts, trade-in values, AR and cash flow all need close tracking. Showroom inventory and display must meet OEM standards, with stock kept available without overstocking or excess transfers. Daily activity is monitored against performance metrics, and shortfalls get corrected quickly through regular team meetings. Recruiting, training and retaining a high-performing team of frontline and support associates is central, in line with the AG Auto way of selling. Aftersales is a close partner in keeping the customer experience consistent, and complaints or escalations come to you for prompt resolution. Compliance with company policy and HSSE mandates is checked through regular spot audits, while branch assets and data stay protected. Accurate, timely reporting on sales, forecasts, inventory and financials completes the picture.
