Job description
The Senior Role in Management Office (AFR) in the UAE is responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations of an EHG luxury hotel, ensuring alignment with the brandās strategic goals. The role focuses on driving maximum financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing revenue and sales teams to achieve room targets, managing food and beverage and spa financial success, monitoring leasing and ROI revenues, coordinating with marketing for campaigns and PR, and ensuring all operations meet EHG brand standards. The position demands expertise in hospitality and accounting systems, advanced finance and cost control, and project completion within time, budget, and quality standards. The role supports a performance-driven culture emphasizing customer focus, results, resilience, adaptability, and innovation.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day hotel operations to achieve strategic goals
- Ensure commercial success by supporting and challenging revenue and sales teams to reach room targets

Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel brand
- Proven track record as a Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of Rooms, EAM of Food & Beverage, or Director of Operations
- Strong expertise in hospitality and accounting systems, revenue management, and cost control
- Advanced financial acumen to safeguard business assets and optimize operational profitability
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple departments, and deliver results under pressure
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Experience in developing and executing marketing, sales, and PR strategies to enhance brand positioning and guest engagement
- Capability to ensure operational excellence, quality compliance, and continuous improvement across all hotel functions
