Job description
Property Finder is seeking an Associate, Strategic Pricing and Growth, to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai. This role will focus on supporting and driving pricing strategy across multiple products, partnering with C-level leaders, product, commercial, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to create measurable business impact. The associate will own critical pricing workstreams, build and maintain pricing models, execute regular updates, and support monetization initiatives. The position offers exposure to high-impact projects, C-level visibility, and continuous mentorship.

Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver a critical workstream on strategic pricing topics
- Build and maintain pricing models for new and existing products
- Execute pricing changes and model updates at regular intervals
- Support development of new monetization products and PMO
- Drive efficiency and automation in pricing strategies
- Design dashboards to track and report pricing impacts
- Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on business performance
- Maintain documentation and history of pricing changes
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams to solve business issues via pricing
- Coordinate implementation and mobilization of pricing strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) for GTM execution
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Receive ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching from peers and managers
Experience & skills
- 2 years of experience in a top management consulting firm
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to create data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience preparing presentations for mid-level leadership
- Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Proven record of academic and professional excellence
- SQL and Tableau knowledge a plus (willingness to learn basics required)
