The Digital Cloud Solution Architect (Arabic Speaking) at Microsoft serves as a strategic technical advisor within the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) division, responsible for driving Azure cloud adoption and digital transformation among business, education, and government clients in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships, guiding cloud strategies, and ensuring successful deployment of Microsoft Azure solutions to meet diverse business and IT needs. Acting as the central technical point of contact, the architect uses technical consulting, design, and implementation expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative cloud architectures. The position requires fluency in Arabic and English, along with the ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Microsoft’s ecosystem to align with customer goals. The DCSA conducts in-depth analyses of customer usage patterns, identifies opportunities to expand cloud consumption, and leads Architectural Design Sessions (ADS) to map out implementation roadmaps. Collaboration across multiple internal teams and the Microsoft partner network is essential to ensure alignment, technical viability, and operational excellence. This individual contributes to recurring revenue growth by achieving consumption and adoption targets, accurately forecasting opportunities, and providing insights into customer needs and blockers.
