The Sales Account Manager (Auto Finance and Vehicle Evaluation Services) at Bayut & dubizzle, part of Dubizzle Group, is responsible for managing B2B relationships with used car dealers and driving revenue growth through the adoption of automotive financing services, insurance services, and vehicle evaluation services offered through the company’s online marketplace platform. Bayut & dubizzle are well-established homegrown classified marketplace brands in the United Arab Emirates with a presence across the seven emirates and a combined user base exceeding 123 million monthly users across the group’s five brands. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong partner relationships with automotive dealers, understanding partner business operations and workflows, and identifying opportunities to upsell and promote relevant automotive finance services, insurance solutions, and vehicle evaluation tools that enhance dealer operations and increase service penetration. The position involves managing a portfolio of business partners, acting as the primary contact point for automotive partners, and ensuring continuous engagement and partner satisfaction through effective partner relationship management. The role requires monitoring partner performance and service usage trends, analyzing partner adoption of financing services and evaluation services, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize performance outcomes and mutual revenue generation. The Sales Account Manager is also responsible for onboarding new partners to the platform, training automotive partners on how to effectively use available services and tools, and ensuring partners fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. The role collaborates closely with internal teams including sales, operations, product management, and customer support to ensure a seamless partner experience and successful implementation of services. The position requires familiarity with the automotive industry ecosystem, experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage accounts and sales pipelines, and the ability to manage target-driven sales activities while maintaining accurate data entry and reporting. Success in the role is measured through partner retention, service adoption rates, partner revenue generation, and overall business growth within the automotive partner network while supporting the continued expansion of the Bayut & dubizzle platform across the UAE automotive marketplace.

Key responsibilities
- Manage partner relationship management for a portfolio of used car dealer partners by acting as the primary point of contact, maintaining consistent engagement, and building long-term B2B relationships that support business growth and partner retention across the automotive marketplace platform.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by pitching automotive financing services, insurance services, and vehicle evaluation services to existing partners while demonstrating the value of these services in improving dealership operations and increasing service penetration.
- Drive adoption of financing services, insurance solutions, and vehicle evaluation tools by recommending service bundles tailored to partner business workflows and dealership operational needs to generate commission revenue and mutual business growth.
- Analyze partner workflows and dealership operational processes to recommend customized solutions and service bundles that improve partner efficiency, maximize usage of the platform’s automotive services, and strengthen long-term partner collaboration.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, service usage trends, and revenue indicators while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize partner outcomes, increase platform engagement, and strengthen service adoption across automotive partners.
- Onboard new dealer partners onto the Bayut & dubizzle platform by guiding them through platform features, service offerings, and operational processes while delivering structured partner training on financing services, insurance solutions, and car evaluation services.
- Maintain accurate partner account information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software while managing sales pipeline activities, tracking opportunities, prioritizing tasks, and supporting deal closure in a target-driven sales environment.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth partner experience, resolve operational issues, and continuously improve service delivery to automotive dealer partners.
Experience & skills
- Obtain a minimum secondary education qualification that supports responsibilities in sales, account management, and partner relationship management within a B2B automotive marketplace or digital platform environment.
- Demonstrate 2–5 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or business development roles with exposure to industries such as automotive, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or related commercial sectors.
- Possess familiarity with the automotive industry and knowledge of the automotive ecosystem including dealership operations, vehicle sales processes, and automotive-related financial and evaluation services.
- Demonstrate practical experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage partner accounts, track sales pipeline activities, maintain client records, and support structured account management processes.
- Exhibit strong B2B relationship management capabilities with the ability to build, maintain, and grow professional partnerships with automotive dealers and other business stakeholders in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple sales activities including partner onboarding, service pitching, sales pipeline management, and deal closure while maintaining accurate documentation and data entry records.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with partners, deliver service presentations, and coordinate with internal teams and external automotive dealers.
- Show the ability to work independently in a results-driven sales role with strong organizational capability, effective prioritization of tasks, and a consistent focus on partner retention, service adoption, and revenue growth.
