Job description
The Sales Analyst role at Mezzan Holding Company in Dubai is responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales performance across multiple channels, regions, customers, brands, and SKUs within the FMCG sector. The role focuses on identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support sales strategy and decision-making. The analyst will develop, maintain, and optimize BI 365 dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, track KPIs including sales growth, market share, distribution, promotions, trade spend, and profitability, and prepare management reports, forecasts, and business review materials. The position ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all sales reports, supports sales forecasting, budgeting, target-setting, and variance analysis, and automates recurring reports to improve efficiency. Collaboration with IT, Sales, and Commercial teams is required to integrate data from ERP, CRM, and distributor systems and standardize reporting formats and KPIs across the organization. The role contributes to continuous improvement in data processes to enhance reporting quality and minimize errors.

- Collaborate with IT, Sales, and Commercial teams to integrate data from ERP, CRM, and distributor systems
- Standardize sales reporting formats and KPIs across the organization
- Continuously improve data processes to minimize errors and enhance reporting quality
Experience & skills
- Possess 3–6 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Commercial Analyst role
- Demonstrate advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Have strong experience with BI 365, ERP, and CRM systems
- Proven ability to work with large datasets in BI 365
- Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting senior management and commercial teams with analytics and reporting
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and deliver accurate insights in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate and standardize data processes
