Job description
The Director of Talent Acquisition at OKX will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the companyâs business goals and culture in the EMEA region. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle including job definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The position requires proactive market research, relationship building with potential candidates, and the use of innovative sourcing methods to maintain a strong pipeline. The director will collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and team dynamics while promoting OKX as an employer of choice. The role demands regular reporting of recruiting metrics and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and hiring standards. This leadership position requires hands-on involvement and the ability to guide a recruitment team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about crypto, represent OKXâs culture and values, and be based in Dubai.

- Design and implement regional recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job description, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates through ongoing relationship building and research
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build talent pipelines
- Use data-driven metrics to monitor and improve recruitment processes and report to leadership
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess departmental needs and dynamics
- Enhance OKXâs reputation as an employer of choice through consistent candidate engagement
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor legislation and hiring standards
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or related field; Masterâs degree is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top-tier, diverse talent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience with ATS, CMS, and HR databases
- Knowledge of labor laws and familiarity with various interview formats
- Ability to lead both strategy and execution in a high-growth, startup-like environment
- Alignment with and ability to represent OKXâs mission, values, and culture
