Job description
Darna is Aldar's loyalty programme, and this Abu Dhabi-based Vice President owns its commercial strategy, financial performance and monetization. Working closely with the SVP Loyalty, you turn growth ambitions into commercial targets, revenue streams and contribution margin frameworks. Pricing, funding and monetization models have to balance member appeal with financial sustainability. Business cases for new propositions and partnerships run through stage-gate governance, with ROI models, breakeven structures and funding frameworks defined for each. Partnerships span banking, airlines, telcos, utilities and e-commerce, with revenue sharing and value exchange mechanisms set up consistently across agreements. Revenue, costs, margins and profitability are tracked across every product and partner, and controls catch revenue leakage, cost overruns and weak propositions. Annual and multi-year planning, scenario modelling and forecasting are carried out with group finance. Executive leadership relies on your commercial insight in governance forums, and a team looks to you for coaching in financial modelling, negotiation and partnership management. Expect to bring 10+ years in commercial strategy, partnerships, financial planning or monetization, ideally in loyalty, banking, payments, retail or hospitality, including 3+ years leading teams, and a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred.
