The Business Development Manager – Private Offices and Expansion Services at AstroLabs is responsible for driving strategic growth for private office offerings in Saudi Arabia, with a core focus on the KAFD private office hub in Riyadh. AstroLabs is the Gulf’s leading business expansion platform, supporting international companies with company incorporation, compliance services, and premium office solutions across the UAE and KSA, while partnering with governments on strategic sector-building programs. In this role, the Business Development Manager owns the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing, with a defined objective to pre-sell all 21 private offices prior to launch through minimum six-month contracts, signed agreements, and deposits. The role extends beyond traditional sales by positioning AstroLabs as the partner of choice for international companies expanding into Saudi Arabia, while driving revenue across office rentals, company incorporation, compliance solutions, and HR, PRO, and GRO subscription services. The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with industry leaders, partners, and clients, developing referral and partner programs, and leveraging community events, workshops, delegations, and ecosystem activations to generate qualified leads and accelerate conversions. The Business Development Manager also contributes to market development by identifying target sectors and clients in Riyadh and beyond, positioning the KAFD offices as a high-end, community-driven solution, and driving word-of-mouth growth through an engaged tenant base, with clear success metrics tied to office pre-sales, company incorporations, and service subscriptions.

Key responsibilities
- Pre-sell all 21 private offices within eight months through signed agreements, deposits, and minimum six-month contracts
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiation, and deal closing
- Sell complementary services including HR, PRO and GRO subscriptions, and company incorporation packages
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain disciplined CRM tracking and pipeline management
- Build relationships with industry leaders and position the AstroLabs KAFD space as the launchpad for companies expanding into Saudi Arabia
- Develop and manage referral and partner programs to generate qualified leads and repeat business
- Contribute to the delivery of community events, training sessions, mentorship programs, webinars, and Saudi market-focused workshops to generate leads
- Leverage events, delegations, and ecosystem activations to attract companies and accelerate conversions
- Identify target sectors and clients in Riyadh and other markets with a focus on international companies entering Saudi Arabia
- Position KAFD private offices as a premium, community-driven office solution that supports growth and visibility
- Drive word-of-mouth and referral growth through an engaged tenant and client base
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Show a proven track record in enterprise sales with measurable deal-closing results
- Maintain a strong professional network within Riyadh
- Be fluent in Arabic and English in both written and spoken communication
- Demonstrate strong ability to build sales pipelines through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Possess experience in event activation or business development through networking and hosted events
- Exhibit a highly organized, KPI-driven, and resilient approach to sales performance
