Job description
The HR Business Execution (BE) Lead, Middle East & Africa (MEA) is responsible for the alignment and execution of HR strategic priorities set globally by the SHRO for Banking & International and for MEA by the Head of HR, across multiple HR disciplines and stakeholders. This role oversees the operations of the MEA Country HR team, leads execution of key HR initiatives, provides strategic support to the Head of HR MEA, and serves as delegate or representative when needed. As a key member of the MEA HR Leadership team and the Banking & International HR BE team, this role ensures HR prioritized outcomes are achieved across a complex region spanning 29 countries and approximately 4,500 employees.

Key responsibilities
- Provide business management support to the Head of HR, MEA, including managing Workforce Planning and Expenses, operating routines, and communications.
- Lead team culture efforts and professional development activities such as HR Gratitude Week and Habit To Learn.
- Coordinate global HR BE efforts at the cluster level to drive operational efficiency.
- Design and execute the communication strategy for the HR function, including Townhalls.
- Set up and manage continuous cycles of organization and operating model reviews.
- Lead or support HR-led or business-aligned strategic projects, including legal entity setup in Saudi Arabia.
- Support the MEA HR risk and controls area and collaborate with global teams including Labor Relations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
- Provide oversight of Human Capital strategies such as restructuring and org design.
- Coach junior team members in project and presentation work.
- Manage HR lifecycle processes including Year-End promotions, performance management, and employee surveys.
- Create governance and procedures to ensure KPIs and milestones are tracked; produce monthly Human Capital Dashboard for MEA leadership.
- Identify opportunities to adopt enterprise-wide talent and culture initiatives.
- Foster internal and external relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Ensure risk and compliance standards are upheld across all HR operations and decisions.

- Solid experience in HR, project management and operational excellence.
- Experience managing limited resources while delivering strong results.
- Proven ability to work in diverse teams with understanding of Middle East & Africa.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative in approach.
- Strong influencing and partnering skills with senior management.
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
- Bachelorās/University degree required; Masterās preferred or equivalent experience.
