Job description
BEEAH is hiring an Administrator in Facilities Management responsible for overseeing daily operations across company buildings and facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency. This role includes coordinating maintenance and repair work, managing vendor contracts, tracking budgets and inventories, and supporting sustainability and QHSE initiatives. The Administrator serves as a key liaison with property management and contractors, ensuring all activities align with safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a variety of facility-related tasks in a dynamic environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for facilities, buildings, and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts for specialized facility services.
- Process and monitor work orders and maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, health standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with property management to address facility-related matters.
- Support sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Foster a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Participate in QHSE audits, risk assessments, and required training programs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and safety standards.
- Support environmental and safety initiatives aimed at minimizing risks and promoting sustainability.
- Regularly review and update processes to align with continuous improvement objectives.
- Actively engage in health, safety, and environmental training to ensure compliance and awareness.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2ā5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
- Certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager).
- Experience with project management and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in Arabic language (preferred).
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with facilities management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to respond quickly to facility emergencies.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
