The Senior Director will join Alvarez & Marsal’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team in Dubai, focusing on enhancing return on investment and mitigating capital project risks, especially within the metals and mining sector across the Middle East. The role involves leading project execution across all phases, from procurement to execution and asset management, while supporting clients with innovative and customized solutions. Responsibilities include leading client meetings, identifying improvement initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and cultivating new business opportunities. The position demands strong industry expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate at managerial and executive levels. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in infrastructure project management, particularly in consulting and the metals/mining industry, along with business development expertise in the GCC. Candidates must be available for travel and possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
