Job description
Leads enterprise cybersecurity solution sales for Microsoftâs largest customers, building C-level relationships, developing territory strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and driving adoption of the Microsoft Security platform across Qatar.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the security sales expert for the assigned territory
- Develop and execute account plans to build strong security pipelines
- Own relationships with CISOs and senior stakeholders
- Identify security gaps and align Microsoft solutions to customer needs
- Demo and whiteboard cloud security and architecture scenarios
- Lead virtual teams across Microsoft and partners to drive end-to-end value selling
- Engage partners to accelerate sales cycles and ensure deployment readiness
- Perform ROI/TCO analysis to build compelling business cases
- Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and performance targets
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates within CRM
- Understand customer budget cycles, purchasing processes, and competitive landscape
Experience & skills
- Several years of proven enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling solutions or services in large/complex environments
- Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud initiatives, and security architecture
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders including CISOs
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- BA or Masterâs degree preferred
- Experience in the security space is a plus
