Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a strategic, results-driven Manager - Commercial for its entertainment and leisure development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role leads development and execution of commercial strategies aligned to business objectives to enhance project viability; conducts precise market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive advantages, and industry trends; collaborates with finance, operations, and marketing to implement integrated commercial initiatives; negotiates contracts with external stakeholders and manages relationships to secure favorable terms; tracks and analyzes project performance against budgets and KPIs to provide insights for corrective actions; supports annual budget and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance; prepares comprehensive commercial performance reports for senior management review; oversees payment processes to contractors and ensures compliance with contractual obligations; identifies risks associated with commercial activities and proposes mitigation strategies; and mentors junior team members to foster professional development and a comprehensive understanding of commercial management. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field; 7ā10 years of experience in commercial management, particularly within large infrastructure projects or the entertainment industry; strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; proficiency in commercial management tools and software applications; and strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple concurrent projects.
