Job description
As Qiddiya Investment Company reimagines the entertainment and leisure landscape, this role leads the development and implementation of innovative experience systems designed to elevate visitor engagement and satisfaction. The Senior Manager - Experience Systems will be responsible for delivering strategic, technical, and operational leadership to ensure systems supporting the guest journey are efficient, scalable, and aligned with Qiddiyaâs broader strategic goals. This includes managing application teams, fostering innovation, improving technical environments, and integrating advanced customer engagement solutions across the QIC ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and implement growth strategies and processes for application services and offerings.
- Create market need for high-tech services and application solutions.
- Provide leadership and strategic vision for the Applications team, ensuring effective controls and reporting.
- Serve as the representative for application solutions across QIC, SEVEN, and SCC.
- Oversee capabilities of the application team to implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments and team meetings to guide progress and development.
- Establish and promote professional and personal growth opportunities for team members.
- Inspire and lead recruitment and retention of key personnel for application services.
- Share best practices for systems and application development.
- Encourage innovation and new business operation approaches.
- Drive improvements in service quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity.
- Design solutions aligned with strategic client objectives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Masterâs degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 yearsâ experience in guest experience management, technology integration, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of experience management systems.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
