Job description
PwC Middle East, with around 12,000 people across 12 countries, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager in Doha. The role sits within Internal Firm Services under Human Capital and is responsible for managing and executing internal communications across the firm. Key functions include adhering to and tracking the internal communications budget, supporting the development and execution of communication plans, and liaising with business partners to ensure alignment with internal communications objectives and priorities. The role involves writing and editing content for various communication channels, preparing for large internal meetings such as partner meetings and employee town halls, driving consistency in messaging across the firm, and ensuring alignment with PwC’s brand identity. The manager will also develop communication plans, draft content, and ensure compliance with communication strategies. Additional responsibilities include designing a research programme to gather insights on internal audience perceptions, supporting the evolution of internal communications channels, and ensuring consistency between internal and external communications. The position requires skills in content creation, communications strategy, budget management, research, event organization, and stakeholder engagement, with alignment to PwC’s corporate identity and brand standards.

- Adhere to the internal communication budget and track spending

- Work with Clients & Markets function to ensure cohesive messaging
- Develop communication plans and promotional messages with the Internal Communications Lead
- Prepare and draft content aligned with project communication strategies
- Ensure compliance of communications activities with strategy
- Develop and implement a research programme to gather audience insights
- Support the development and evolution of internal communications channels
- Ensure internal messages are consistent with external communications and marketing
Experience & skills
- Degree required (field of study not specified)
