Job description
The Issuer Relations Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing and potential clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role includes organizing client meetings, drafting proposals, meeting KPIs, and advising on strategic and operational improvements. The position supports the divisionās management in strategic alignment, governance, and workflow enhancement while ensuring high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. Travel across KSA is expected for client visits and industry events, with an emphasis on reliability, communication, and expert relationship management.

Key responsibilities
- Arrange prospective client list and conduct sales calls.
- Coordinate and conduct visits to existing and potential clients to capture & present key business aspects.
- Available for travel around KSA to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Expected to conduct and achieve the specified KPIs.
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Manage relation with existing clients in different aspects with a well-informed point of view in order to ensure reliability.
- Draft proposals internally & externally to meet business opportunities.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they meet their financial obligations.
- Follow daily operations relating to their own job to ensure work continuity.
- Advice on the division/department strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration.
- Support the divisionās management by providing expert opinions and recommendations on specialized matters, and deliver leadership assistance on other projects as needed.
- Advice on risk management and mitigation tactics within the division/department.
- Recommend tools, frameworks, and methodology to ensure proper governance and monitoring of the division/department projects.
- Advice on the development of future state process flows, and suggest divisional/departmental and workflow changes based on the market best practices.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / Finance or equivalent is required.
- Masterās degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / Finance or equivalent is preferred.
- Professional qualification in Customer Relationship Management and/or equivalent is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Markets / Issuer Relations with exposure to relationship management is required.
- Skills in Customer Relationship, Communications, and Sales.
