Job description
Amazon Fresh team is looking for an execution-driven manager to lead marketing and merchandising for the Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) product. The role is responsible for driving growth of the service in UAE and KSA, scaling Prime customer penetration, and influencing retention and frequency of shopping. The Marketing Manager will own end-to-end marketing and customer engagement for the program, including category content, acquisition and retention planning, and customer experience across touchpoints. Success requires leveraging customer insights and data to design relevant campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver measurable results.

Experience & skills
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Native Arabic Speaker.
- Prior experience in both UAE and Saudi Markets.
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs (preferred).
- Experience with email, web, analytics, and CRM tools (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce).
- Experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce industry.
