Job description
The Business Development Executive for Fleet Services in Dubai is responsible for driving fleet service revenue in the UAE market by engaging with corporates, Rent-A-Car companies, and government institutions. The role focuses on selling service contracts, repair packages, and promoting insurance renewals through strategic partnerships with fleet companies and insurance providers. This position involves executing service marketing campaigns, gathering market intelligence, tracking competitor activities across authorized distributors and local service centers, and developing innovative strategies to capture and retain customers. The Executive also performs detailed performance analysis, tracks KPIs, monitors pending estimates, and ensures successful conversion of repair opportunities. This role requires working closely with fleet managers, transport and procurement heads, and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and fleet vehicle retention, while reporting actionable insights to support business growth and operational excellence. The position demands strong negotiation, technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to manage and execute B2B sales initiatives in a competitive market environment.

- Contact and visit corporates, Rent-A-Car companies, and government institutions to grow fleet service business
- Meet Transport and Procurement Managers to establish mutual business agreements and increase fleet service revenue
- Sell service contracts and repair packages to fleet customers
- Promote insurance renewals through strategic partnerships with fleet companies and insurance providers
- Execute service marketing campaigns targeting fleet customers across the UAE
- Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities from authorized distributors and local service centers
- Develop innovative ideas to retain fleet customers and capture new business opportunities
- Perform performance analysis and create reports for assigned region and KPIs
- Enhance fleet vehicle retention by implementing sound processes, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track unmaterialized estimates and follow up with customers and insurance companies to convert them into repairs
- Develop and execute exclusive business and promotional marketing campaigns to improve fleet business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of fleet operations and marketing initiatives
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile aftersales industry, preferably in Dubai and UAE market
- Technical or engineering degree in Automobile or Mechanical, or Diploma/Degree in any field
- Proven experience in customer handling and B2B sales within fleet services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in computer and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English; Arabic and Indian languages are an advantage
- Confident, self-motivated, and energetic with a pleasing personality
- Demonstrable product knowledge of automobiles and fleet service offerings
- Ability to execute marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills to gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Ability to develop innovative strategies for customer retention and business growth
- Capability to create reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations
- High degree of professionalism and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders in fleet management
