The Solution Sales Expert role at SAP is focused on creating and executing strategies that accelerate cloud transformation for enterprise customers by positioning SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio and Integrated Tool Chain. The role is accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes by building the market for SAP’s Integrated Tool Chain, which includes Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture, Testing/Automation, Data Migration & Governance, and Cloud ALM. The position plays a critical role in enabling cloud transformation and expanding SAP’s footprint across both new and existing enterprise customers, with responsibility for territory planning, pipeline development, and deal execution. The role requires operational discipline, strong enterprise software sales acumen, and deep familiarity with the SAP ecosystem, including Business Suite, AI, and Integrated Toolchain strategy. The Solution Sales Expert operates within SAP’s fastest-growing strategic business unit, contributing directly to digital transformation initiatives for global enterprises while adhering to SAP’s values of inclusion, equal employment opportunity, ethical AI usage, and compliance with background verification requirements. The role supports enterprise customers across UAE and Emerging Africa and aligns with SAP’s mission to deliver end-to-end business application software, cloud solutions, analytics, intelligent technologies, and experience management at global scale.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to accelerate cloud transformation for enterprise customers using SAP Business Transformation Management and Integrated Tool Chain solutions
- Position and sell SAP Integrated Tool Chain offerings including Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture, Testing Automation, Data Migration, Data Governance, and Cloud ALM
- Build and expand the market for SAP Business Transformation Management solutions across new and existing enterprise customers
- Manage territory planning, pipeline development, and end-to-end deal execution for enterprise software sales engagements
- Deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with customer transformation objectives
- Lead complex enterprise software sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Execute solution positioning and deliver tailored demonstrations aligned with C-level stakeholder expectations
- Engage senior decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders to influence digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with virtual account teams and partner networks to drive customer success
- Apply operational discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven ability to lead complex enterprise software sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Show experience handling high volume enterprise deals within UAE or Emerging Africa markets
- Exhibit deep understanding of Business Process Management, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture concepts
- Apply expertise in solution positioning and delivering tailored enterprise-level demonstrations
- Maintain familiarity with the SAP ecosystem including Business Suite, AI capabilities, and Integrated Toolchain strategy
