Job description
The Manager - Human Resources will oversee and manage all HR functions for Red Sea Global’s Supply Chain and Logistics division, providing critical support to the company’s employees. This role is responsible for managing HR systems and databases, setting team objectives, reviewing employee benefits, guiding staff and management on HR policies, monitoring performance through key HR metrics, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the position entails full oversight of payroll execution, audits, recruitment validation, employee settlements, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with international best practices.

Key responsibilities
- Setting objectives and goals for the team and tracking progress
- Monitoring the company’s HR systems as well as databases
- Reviewing and approving or modifying employee benefits
- Addressing employees’ queries on compensation and labor regulations
- Guiding staff and management on HR policies and regulations
- Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance
- Coordinating the activities of the Human Resources Operations team to ensure efficiency
- Managing the team by setting priorities, managing performance, and providing feedback and coaching
- Performing day-to-day HR activities while coordinating with other functions
- Following relevant functional policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistency
- Contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and practices
- Directing the administration of payroll activities to ensure accurate execution
- Executing monthly payroll and reviewing reports to safeguard confidentiality
- Conducting audits to validate recruitment information and payroll accuracy
- Ensuring overtime, incentives, and payments are correctly reflected in payroll
- Directing the calculation of end-of-service settlements and following procedures
- Addressing escalated payroll inquiries and issues to ensure resolution
- Assisting in preparation of MIS statements and reports to meet requirements
- Applying safety, quality, and environmental policies to ensure compliance
- Contributing to continuous improvement of departmental processes and practices
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR compliance requirements (Saudi Labor Law preferred)
- Proven experience in KPI development and performance management systems
