Job description
HSBC seeks a Manager, Premier Acquisition Channel in the UAE to support and guide Premier Acquisition Managers to acquire quality Premier customers only within the c.1000 EWS companies and to refer relevant products at the time of account onboarding. The role collaborates closely with EWS CAMs, Loan Specialists, and Wealth Specialists to deepen penetration into target affluent employee segments and identify business development opportunities; is accountable for achieving cross-sell targets across specified products ensures the right level of service with the right controls in place and zero tolerance to misconduct or wrong customer outcome; supports development of the team with the right skills to interact with Premier clients and manage relationships in companies; manages customer expectations via service clinics, open days, and regular meetings to improve engagement and position HSBC as the preferred banking partner; and drives strong collaboration between channels. Candidates must have a Graduation degree (required to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit), complete understanding of IWPB products, propositions and servicesâincluding global service standardsâand be experienced in dealing with emerging affluent and affluent customers in proposing products and services, adept at developing a networking strategy with a proven ability to achieve activity and outcome goals, knowledgeable about competitor activity, propositions and offers, demonstrate excellent performance year by year, and have the ability to manage high net worth clients. Experience & skills
