Job description
The Senior Manager Sales will be responsible for driving strategic market plans and ensuring exceptional retail execution. The role includes analyzing data to advise on actionable strategies, collaborating with internal departments, launching new products, setting pricing strategies, and tracking performance metrics. Based in the Dubai General Office, this full-time role reports on initiatives aligned with business objectives and involves strong collaboration with APAC and channel strategy teams. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Arabic and has a background in sales, preferably within a global FMCG environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Extract and analyze distribution and sales reports to advise actionable market strategies.
- Analyze POS and Nielsen data, identify key opportunities and set next steps with the sales team.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies including product pricing, new launches, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Product Supply for strategy execution.
- Design and deliver outstanding retail presence through in-store projects.
- Monitor and report initiative progress, ensuring business objective alignment.
- Develop and align APAC and channel strategy with the regional channel strategy.
- Submit country pipeline volume forecasts.
- Track and report results versus booklet goals.
Experience & skills
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Bachelorās Degree (minimum requirement).
- 2 to 8 years of relevant selling experience.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is a plus.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with POS and Nielsen data.
