Job description
The Industrial & Functional AI Decision Science Consultant at Accenture is a full-time, mid-level role within the AI Decision Science team based in Dubai. Accenture is a global professional services company delivering Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X, and Accenture Song services across more than 120 countries. This role focuses on applying advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to solve marketing, customer experience, and business transformation challenges. The consultant blends deep technical expertise with marketing strategy, enabling organizations to leverage data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions to improve personalization, customer engagement, targeting, and return on investment. The role involves designing and implementing AI and ML models such as churn prediction, lead scoring, recommendation engines, NLP-based sentiment analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, and dynamic pricing. The consultant works with structured and unstructured data, integrates marketing technology platforms such as CRM, CDP, and marketing automation tools, and deploys solutions using cloud ecosystems including Azure, AWS, and GCP. The position also explores Agentic AI frameworks, conversational AI, AI bots, and prompt engineering to enable autonomous decision-making, adaptive personalization, and workflow orchestration. The consultant delivers marketing analytics including attribution modeling, customer journey analysis, campaign effectiveness measurement, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and business stakeholders and leading workshops on AI in marketing, generative AI, and predictive modeling.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives related to marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation
- Translate marketing and business challenges into AI and data science solutions including segmentation, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and customer lifetime value models
- Develop roadmaps for implementing AI-driven marketing solutions that enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance
- Design, build, and implement AI and machine learning models such as churn prediction, lead scoring, NLP-based sentiment analysis, and dynamic pricing
- Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights supporting brand, product, and digital strategies
- Assess, integrate, and optimize marketing technology platforms including CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems with AI and data pipelines
- Apply Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and adaptive personalization in marketing use cases
- Deliver advanced marketing analytics including campaign effectiveness analysis, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics
- Build dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights to marketing and leadership teams
- Provide actionable insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and business stakeholders
- Lead client workshops and training sessions on AI in marketing, generative AI, and predictive modeling
- Stay current with AI, data, and marketing technology trends to advise clients on emerging opportunities
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques including classification, clustering, NLP, recommendation engines, and generative AI
- Exhibit proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages including Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Have experience working with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Google Analytics
- Demonstrate experience in building Agentic AI systems, conversational AI solutions, AI bots, and prompt engineering
- Show familiarity with cloud ecosystems including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP for AI deployment
- Hold a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Possess experience in consulting, agency, or corporate marketing analytics roles
- Demonstrate familiarity with privacy and ethical AI considerations in marketing environments
