Shipa Delivery is hiring a Key Account Manager in Riyadh to grow and manage strategic client relationships within its expanding last-mile delivery network. This is a high-impact role where customer obsession meets operational efficiency. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for major accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive best-in-class service and tailored logistics solutions. From growing revenue through cross-selling and upselling to organizing client workshops and forecasting account metrics, the Key Account Manager will play a vital role in shaping Shipa Deliveryâs presence in KSA.

- Develop valuable business relationships with major clients to help meet their delivery needs.
- Understand client needs to help streamline their delivery operations.
- Expand relationships with existing clients by offering tailored solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Analyze customer performance to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Generate new sales opportunities and build long-term relationships.
- Recommend industry-informed solutions based on client needs.
- Organize client workshops to share industry updates and regulatory changes.
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts using account metrics.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Lead projects designed to meet the unique needs of new clients.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in e-commerce or e-fulfillment.
- Proven knowledge and use of CRM systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in customer relationship management and client data analysis.
