Job description
The Ideation Center is Strategy&'s think tank, and its Behavioral Insights Unit applies behavioural science to public policy challenges across government and sectors such as healthcare, transport and the environment. Based in Dubai on a two-year contract, this manager runs the unit's projects end to end, from proposals through delivery and client management. A team of behavioural scientists and data analysts reports to you. Behavioural diagnostics are built on mixed methods, including surveys, focus groups, interviews and field observations. Interventions are designed from the evidence, then tested through field experiments run with internal and external partners. Research questions, protocols, data collection and analysis plans are defined here, and primary and secondary data are analysed with statistical software. Reports, papers, policy briefs and training materials carry the findings to different audiences. Spotting new behavioural science opportunities across Strategy& practices and keeping up with the latest research are part of the job. A relevant master's degree and at least 8 years of managerial and applied research experience are required, with fluent English and Arabic strongly preferred.
