Job description
The Senior Consultant ā Growth Strategy and Implementation at Frost & Sullivan plays a key role in shaping strategic transformations across Saudi Arabiaās public and private sectors. Based in Riyadh, the role involves leading and executing high-impact consulting engagements aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives, such as NIS, NTP, PPP, and Shareek. The consultant will oversee project delivery, provide strategic recommendations, and manage client relationships with ministries, semi-government entities, and corporate leadership. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and operational execution to design digital transformation roadmaps, evaluate new business models, and support clients through their growth and innovation journeys. This role sits within Frost & Sullivanās Growth Strategy & Implementation (GSI) Advisory Group and contributes to the firmās global mission of driving transformational growth through innovation, disruptive technologies, and emerging market strategies.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements across growth strategy, transformation, and digital roadmap development for public and private sector clients
- Deliver consulting project tasks including market research, strategic analysis, financial modeling, and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with global market and industry teams to identify strategic options and innovation opportunities for clients
- Develop and test new business models, value propositions, and market entry strategies
- Conduct commercial and strategic due diligence to assess investment feasibility and market potential
- Benchmark organizations and develop best practice insights for operational and strategic improvement
- Engage with senior stakeholders including ministersā advisors, deputy ministers, VPs, and C-suite executives
- Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client acquisition strategies
- Coach and guide junior consultants in research, analysis, and presentation development
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of consulting outputs within defined budgets and timelines
- Participate in internal initiatives to enhance Frost & Sullivanās intellectual capital and consulting methodologies
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred
- PMP certification is mandatory
- 8ā10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Saudi Arabia within strategy and transformation consulting
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects aligned with Vision 2030 programs (NIS, NTP, PPP, Shareek, etc.)
- Strong exposure to public sector entities, ministries, and semi-government organizations
- Excellent understanding of digital transformation and emerging technology trends
- Demonstrated ability to interact with C-level executives and senior government stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen with experience in market assessment, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership in managing projects and mentoring junior team members
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Analytical, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset with cross-industry consulting experience
- Ability to work independently and effectively in multicultural, remote, and fast-paced environments
