Salesforce is hiring an ECS Account Executive 5 in Dubai to manage a high volume of smaller-sized opportunities across key enterprise accounts in the Middle East. This role is ideal for professionals looking to advance their enterprise sales careers. Youâll be responsible for the full sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales engineers, marketing, and partners. The position focuses on strategic, value-based selling and developing long-term customer relationships. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Specialists, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners
- Use solution selling expertise to identify customer needs and build strategic partnerships
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
- Coordinate and participate in industry events and user groups to generate market interest
- Drive Salesforce growth by positioning solutions using value-based selling and ROI analysis
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions to ECS accounts
- Identify and research verticals/territories to develop go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to ensure target overachievement
Experience & skills
- Experience in quota-carrying sales and account management
- Successful history of net new business sales with proven delivery against revenue targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from business champion to C-level decision makers
- Proven ability to close complex deals and manage all aspects of territory planning
- Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in person regularly
