Job description
Insurance companies, fleet customers and retail drivers all bring their vehicles to Al Ghurair Mobility's workshops, and this Dubai-based Head of Aftersales runs the operation that serves them. National aftersales strategy is yours to set, with workshop output, budgets and targets monitored closely to keep the business profitable. Service repair, parts warehouse management and warranty administration and claims all report into this position. ESMA (Emirates Standards) procedures for service and parts must be followed, alongside dealership guidelines and company policy. Customer satisfaction is tracked through feedback surveys and resolved with the CRM and Customer Care teams, while service and parts campaigns with marketing win new customers and bring existing ones back. Fleet customers get express service through Annual Contracts for Mechanical Repairs & Services. Electric Vehicle Services offer a new revenue stream to develop, and manufacturer collaboration on product development helps cut warranty repairs. Unannounced workshop visits, technical training and franchisee meetings keep standards high across the network. A Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile engineering and at least 10 years in a senior managerial role are required, with an MBA and 15 years in automotive dealer service, warranty and parts operations preferred.
