Job description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager for its MENAT Enterprise Greenfield Team in Dubai, UAE, exclusively for Saudi Nationals. The role focuses on driving digital transformation and adoption of AWS across enterprise accounts with minimal existing AWS adoption but high growth potential. The incumbent engages C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and lines of business to promote AWS’s complete products and services portfolio. Responsibilities include driving revenue, expanding market share, managing multiple enterprise accounts strategically, creating compelling value propositions, accelerating customer adoption through go-to-market strategies, negotiating contracts, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires expertise in transformative technologies such as cloud, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics, along with strong enterprise sales experience to enable clients to achieve business, operational, and innovation outcomes.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and business lines to drive digital transformation using AWS services.
- Represent the entire AWS product and service portfolio across assigned Enterprise accounts to maximize adoption and revenue growth.
- Drive revenue and increase market share within a defined set of enterprise accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and monthly targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the AWS footprint within named accounts and expand adoption of emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple enterprise accounts concurrently, building long-term strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create and communicate compelling value propositions, facilitating well-developed sales engagements to achieve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive AWS adoption across accounts, leveraging partner ecosystems effectively.
- Negotiate contracts, manage commercial terms, and ensure successful go-to-market execution to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- Experience with transformative technologies including cloud computing, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Proven ability to navigate prospective accounts to identify and develop new customer opportunities at senior executive levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to technical and non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in enterprise account management, revenue growth, and strategic planning.
- AWS professional-level certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
