Job description
Based at Transguard Groupās Headquarters in DAFZA, the Account Manager ā Workforce Solutions acts as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned key accounts, delivering HR services in line with standard operating procedures while leading two direct reports and partnering with a Senior Manager. The role coordinates with payroll and billing to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing and invoicing, reviews client contracts to develop growth and retention plans, prepares costing sheets, identifies upsell opportunities, and ensures billing accuracy in line with commercials. Customer responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts/annexures/addendums under supervision; developing and maintaining client relationships through regular meetings; and delivering recruitment and hiring, employment visa services (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing, and ad hoc HR requests across own and direct reportsā accounts. Process duties include running and maintaining each account via SOPs/SWIs, establishing and monitoring KPIs, liaising with the WFS HR Admin team on hiring, contracts, visa renewals/cancellations, medical insurance and immigration status, coordinating with Payroll for salary and full-and-final processing, and developing team capability. The role also tracks industry trends and competitor activity, solves problems and escalates risks to the Line Manager, proposes continuous improvements for smoother workflow, and participates in initiatives to drive efficiency and savings.

Key responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for assigned Workforce Solutions key accounts, ensuring delivery to SOPs and SLAs
- Coordinate with payroll and billing teams to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing and client invoicing
- Review client contracts to develop growth and retention strategies and prepare costing sheets aligned to commercials
- Identify and pitch additional services within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, annexures, and addendums under supervision of the Account Manager
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings to understand staffing needs and tailor solutions
- Oversee delivery of HR services: recruitment/hiring, employment visas (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow, and ad hoc HR requests
- Establish SOPs, SWIs, and KPIs for each contract; monitor performance and coach direct reports on these processes
- Liaise with WFS HR Admin on offers, contract issuance, visa renewals/cancellations, medical insurance, immigration status, and absconder monitoring
- Coordinate with Payroll for salaries and full-and-final settlements per agreed timelines
- Maintain billing accuracy and compliance with contractual commercials and internal controls
- Track industry trends and competitor activity; propose solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify risks/issues, implement mitigations, and escalate to the Line Manager when necessary
- Prepare and maintain account documentation, action logs, and status reports for internal stakeholders
Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of HR outsourcing experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills; working proficiency in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply processes in day-to-day activities
- Strong MS Office skills; experience issuing quotations, tracking purchase orders, and managing payroll and invoicing
- Experience supporting junior team members with training and development
- Teamwork and collaboration experience with ability to take direction
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, and/or Salesforce is an advantage
- Valid UAE driverās license and own car
