Job description

The role focuses on architecting, designing, and delivering Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions as a Senior System Architect or Lead System Architect, requiring over seven years of Pega experience with three to four years specifically in Pega CDH. Responsibilities include working with Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and the NBAD framework, leveraging components such as ADM, DSM, Value Finder, and Customer Profiler, and applying strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles. The mandate involves designing and configuring core decisioning logic within Pega CDH—including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows—while managing end-to-end solution delivery in Agile environments. Additional duties include designing and implementing REST API, Kafka, and FTP-based integrations, working across client server and digital applications, summarizing data into actionable insights, aligning solution design with client business objectives, and interacting effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired skills include Pega Lead System Architect expertise, externalisation of Cassandra, Kafka, and Elastic Search, familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, and understanding of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization.
