Job description
The Front Office Coordinator (UAE National) role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at The First Group, a global property developer with a diversified portfolio spanning upscale hotels, residential properties, food and beverage brands, and real estate asset management services. The role supports daily front office and administrative operations by coordinating office activities between team members and internal departments, managing inbound and outbound calls, handling all business correspondence, and ensuring professional front-facing interactions. The position includes meeting and greeting clients, VIP guests, and visitors, managing client appointments through bookings and confirmations, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. The role requires UAE National status with a Family Book, computer literacy, and prior receptionist experience. Language requirements include fluent English, native Arabic, and French as a preferred additional language. The position involves flexible working hours with rotating shifts and operates in a customer-focused, service-driven real estate and hospitality corporate environment.

Experience & skills
- Hold UAE National status with a valid UAE Family Book
- Possess a minimum SPM / “O” Level or professional certificate in administration management or equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role with computer literacy
- Demonstrate fluency in English and native Arabic, with French preferred
- Be able to work flexible working hours with rotating shifts
