Job description
Roche is building a strategic talent pipeline for the Patient Journey Partner (PJP) role in Dubaiāan innovative function aimed at redefining how healthcare companies engage with systems, providers, and patients. PJPs serve as the central orchestrators of value creation across the patient journey, acting as catalysts for collaboration between Roche and a broad network of healthcare stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercialization, medical affairs, or product strategy who are ready to make a broader impact on access, patient care, and healthcare transformation across disease areas like oncology, neurology, ophthalmology, immunology, CVRM, and infectious diseases.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Identify and address pain points in the patient journey across therapeutic areas
- Engage stakeholders such as HCPs, regulators, payers, and patient organizations to co-create access solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with real-world patient needs
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes
- Use digital tools and data insights to enhance engagement and care delivery
- Influence policy discussions and contribute to shaping local healthcare ecosystems
- Facilitate access to Roche therapies by eliminating systemic barriers and enabling value-based healthcare models
Experience & skills
- University degree in Science, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred
- Significant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Medical Affairs roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proven ability to design and execute patient-centric strategies
- Strong knowledge in one or more disease areas such as oncology, hematology, immunology, neurology, CVRM, or infectious diseases
- Familiarity with digital health tools and multichannel engagement methodologies
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and innovation mindset
