The Site Senior Project Manager at DP World is responsible for leading the full delivery lifecycle of the Economic Zone project at Al Rawdah, Oman. As DP World’s on-site representative, the role ensures strategic alignment with master development plans, PMO governance frameworks, and stakeholder expectations. This fixed-term, 3-year contract role oversees planning, execution, quality, cost, and risk management for a large-scale infrastructure and building project exceeding USD 100 million. Key responsibilities include managing consultant and contractor teams, enforcing HSE and regulatory compliance, approving project documentation, and facilitating project handover. The role reports to the Group VP – Project Portfolio and is expected to maintain audit readiness, ensure smooth execution across all stages, and support capability development. Candidates must have extensive experience managing complex projects, strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC), and fluency in Arabic and English.
