Job description
Contractors, distributors, architects and engineers across Bahrain's building and construction sector are the people this Sika Gulf Sales Engineer works with every week. Selling here is technical, helping customers choose the right Sika products and apply them correctly. New business comes from lead generation and spotting opportunities, backed by technical proposals, product presentations and cost estimates. Site visits confirm products are applied properly and customers are satisfied. Marketing and technical teams are close partners in promoting solutions. Quick follow-up on inquiries and quotations matters, as does watching market trends and competitor products. Individual sales targets set the measure of success. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 5+ years in sales, ideally in construction or building materials, strong knowledge of construction processes and willingness to travel within the territory.
