Job description
Priority Banking at Emirates NBD looks after clients who expect one person to handle their everyday banking, lending and wealth management, and this Dubai position is that person. Growth comes from two directions, bringing in new client relationships and deepening the ones already in your portfolio. Revenue targets cover Assets, Liabilities, Investments and Insurance, so your advice has to range across the full product set. Basic transactions go through customer service representatives, which frees your time for client conversations, cross-selling and referrals to other parts of the bank. Every recommendation rests on an up-to-date client profile and a clear assessment of risk tolerance. Compliance with UAE Central Bank rules, anti-money laundering regulations and anti-mis-selling policies is expected at all times. Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity helps you stay ahead of what clients need. Both Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager levels are open, and at least 4 years in banking or financial services sales is required, with CISI certification preferred.
