Job description
We operate more than 25 food brands across MENA from quick service casual dining concepts through to fine dining. As one of our restaurant managers, you will lead multicultural teams in the delivery of a high-quality dining experience. We are looking for enthusiastic managers who can coach and lead teams to commercial success whilst keeping the customer at the heart of all they do. Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in customer experience.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve operational and service standards.
- Drive commercial success through effective staff management and cost controls.
- Oversee quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery and implement improvements where needed.
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure inventory is managed and stock levels are maintained effectively.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on goals and targets.
- Promote a culture focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Support the growth of the brand through consistent implementation of brand standards.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls.
- Passion for hospitality and brand excellence.
- Ability to work with diverse, multicultural teams.
- Experience working with well-known food or dining brands is a plus.
