Job description
The MENA Onboarding Consultant (Senior Associate) is responsible for managing and executing the onboarding process for new joiners across all MENA locations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The role manages communication content updates per local office HR Operations requirements and oversees distribution of onboarding communication for all MENA offices; manages onboarding portal content updates according to office and country requirements across MENA and other applicable communications; develops onboarding strategy and implements onboarding operations for all MENA locations, including process improvement and delivery of induction programsâboth virtual and in-personâwhile overseeing facilitator coordination and induction deployment; oversees onboarding survey delivery and develops evaluation metrics for onboarding programs to enhance the onboarding experience across MENA; manages enablement and development of onboarding materials, including country-specific induction content updates, and deploys them across MENA, ensuring alignment with global standards; and serves as the onboarding subject matter expert for Talent functions in the MENA region.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Experience in onboarding processes or talent management within the MENA region
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
