Job description
We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our Dubai office. The role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on Python/Django backends and React frontends. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, manage databases, and deliver interactive dashboards. Experience with DevOps practices, cloud deployment, and modern web technologies is key, while exposure to financial systems or AI/LLM workflows is advantageous.

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django/Django REST Framework.
- Design and implement secure and scalable REST APIs with authentication and role-based access.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React JS and integrate dashboards and reporting tools.
- Optimize database performance, perform data migrations, and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.
- Deploy applications using Docker and AWS, maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Integrate third-party APIs and develop background job processes for task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and system integration.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality software.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and support design of scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Support the integration of AI/LLM workflows or chatbot functionalities where applicable.
Experience & skills
- 2–5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django/Django REST Framework.
- Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and migrations.
- Knowledge of REST API design principles, security, and authentication.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS deployment, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and automating tasks using background jobs or schedulers.
- Ability to develop dashboards and interactive visualizations.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations or chatbot workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, Firebase, or financial systems is advantageous.
