The Senior Editorial Producer at Al Tayer Group plays a pivotal role in managing creative content campaigns across five luxury brands. This position entails full responsibility for budget oversight, photoshoot execution, and administrative tasks. The role is critical in delivering projects within stringent deadlines and involves strategic liaison with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing production for all BAU and campaign shoots (including international locations), driving monthly and yearly calendars, overseeing workflow to meet asset deadlines, and leading weekly production meetings. The role also involves sourcing and booking talent, locations, equipment, and props in collaboration with Fashion Editors and Art Directors, preparing detailed production schedules, managing all quotes, invoices, and billing, and maintaining clear tracking of all charges with quarterly reports. The Senior Editorial Producer is expected to manage on-set production during shoots, outline workflow procedures for all five channels, deliver seasonal shoot calendars, and work closely with stakeholders in Marketing and Creative content. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an editorial producer for luxury e-commerce, publications, or luxury brands, possess strong knowledge of UAE and local production requirements, have a good database of talent contacts, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. The role requires a high degree of proactivity, resourcefulness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism in all aspects of the role.
